The four sacred phrases in this Tao Calligraphy are the sacred practice for healing, rejuvenation, developing wisdom and intelligence, and prolonging life.

Kidneys produce matter. Matter produced by the kidneys moves to the tailbone and flows through invisible holes to the spinal cord. The spinal cord is named sui. Energy flows up through the spinal cord to nourish the brain. This is called sui chong nao. Then, the brain will increase in wisdom and intelligence. Energy will flow down from the brain to the heart to develop heart intelligence. Heart intelligence will connect with the soul to develop soul intelligence.

Practice more and more. The benefits have no limitation.

Apply the Five Power Techniques with the Tao Calligraphy Shen Sheng Jing, Jing Sheng Sui, Sui Chong Nao, Nao Shen Ming to develop soul, heart, mind, and body wisdom and intelligence.

Body Power. Place one or both palms facing the calligraphy without touching it.

Tracing Power. Put the fingertips of one hand together. Trace the Tao Calligraphy Shen Sheng Jing, Jing Sheng Sui, Sui Chong Nao, Nao Shen Ming. Continue to trace the calligraphy and chant for ten minutes.

After ten minutes, express gratitude and close the practice:

Chant and trace for ten minutes per time, three times a day to develop your soul, heart, mind, and body wisdom and intelligence. For heavy shen qi jing blockages, practice for two or more hours per day. Total all of your daily practice session times together to equal at least two hours.
