Yin Yang is a universal law, philosophy and practice that summarizes everyone and everything.

Yang has fire nature: is hot, flows upward, and is exciting and active. Yin has water nature: is cold, flows downward, and is passive and calm. The top healing principle of TCM is to balance yin and yang.

Soul is information or message. To chant or trace Ren Di Tian Tao Yin Yang He Yi (Yin Yang of human beings, Mother Earth, Heaven, and Source join as One is to send a soul message.

Soul is the boss. Soul leads heart. Heart leads mind. Mind leads energy. Energy leads matter. This is how soul healing works.

Apply the Five Power Techniques to heal, rejuvenate, and transform all life with the Tao Calligraphy Ren Di Tian Tao Yin Yang He Yi.

Body Power. Place one or both palms facing the calligraphy without touching it.

Tracing Power. Put the fingertips of one hand together and use them to trace the Tao Calligraphy Ren Di Tian Tao Yin Yang He Yi. Continue to chant and trace the calligraphy at the same time for ten minutes.

Practice for ten minutes per time, three times a day. For chronic or life-threatening conditions, and for serious blockages in any aspect of your life, practice by chanting and tracing together for at least two hours per day. You can practice in sessions of any length of time, but be sure that your total daily practice time is two hours or more.
